I am sad to say that I have not followed one of the very important rules that I always encourage computer users to follow: perform backups whether it be a backup of your blog or a backup of your personal files on your computer. I did not perform a backup of my posts from another blog and 14 months of blogging are now gone (long story). 
My fingers just got trigger happy.
